I started buying this product when my son was 2.  I takes ink and cranyon off walls with ease.  I think this product says it is everything it says it is in the advertisements.  I strongly recommend this product to anyone with children or who watches children.  Easy cleaning with this product.  I could not live without it and hope I never have to!
