Mozy does off-site backup.  Once you download the program, you can set it up to automatically backup your files, and just forget about it and let it go.  I already love it, it's so simple.  I don't have to do anything - just see the little box every time it backups - which I have set up to do every 24 hours, but you can set up for whenever.  Today, I just found out that I had messed up one of my main documents which I use daily - saving a very shortened version of it.  I thought of Mozy, and went to the restore files part, clicked on a date a few days ago, chose that document and approximately 4 seconds later - voila! the document back the way I like it.
