Mozilla Firefox 2.0 — 

Firefox is a fast and free browser that is quite customizable.  It is more secure than IE and loads pages very quickly.  Much of it's functionality can be tweaked via the about:config and it can be further enhanced by many addons.  Moveable tabs, image and cookie blacklist and whitelist, popup window blocking, and many more features make it more enjoyable to use over most other browsers.
