I think it's a toss up.  Adam Lambert has been in the bottom three so he's not an automatic winner.  They said only 1mil votes seperated the two finalist.  Out of 88mil total votes, that's not a lot!  Plus everyone who voted for Danny will have to choose one of them so who knows which way they will go.

Adam but Simon is predicting Adam so there could be a backlash against Simon who may not be coming back with people voting for Kris. To me there is no contest. Adam is one of a kind and deserves to win.

PS. These are the Los Vegas odds "Remarkably, Lambert's odds haven't moved much from -250, where they peaked a few weeks ago.  Adam Lambert Still a -250 Favorite to Win American Idol Finale. I don't know what that means but I think it means the better for Adam is huge. Jo

Kris is a nice kid with a pleasant voice but should have been gone weeks ago.  Apparently there are millions of young girls who vote early and often for him so you never know.

Adam Lambert is probably the closest thing to a superstar that AI has ever had on the show.  Whether or not he wins, he has a huge career in front of him.

When I saw the teenage girl vote put the pleasant, but undeserving Kris in the top 2, I ceased to care who wins.  Good luck to both of them.

I totally agree.  I don't know what kind of whacky music he is going to come out with, but I can't wait to hear it!

I actually already have Adam on my iPod...I downloaded his performance of "Mad World."  I had to, it was stuck in my head for weeks after I heard the performance!

Well I know many people who don't like Adam. Some were sent images of him found online in skimpy clothes, others think all he does is "screech".  Personally I had him as my second choice since the top 36?  We had to pick for a "fantasy" league and the only reason I put him #2 was because I was sure Danny would be getting all the votes.

But I can see where they are coming from too and think Kris will win votes of people who like the all american guy.

I truly did think that Danny was going to make it into the top two.  But, I almost feel like it's good that Kris is in the top two, because it will make it easier for Adam to win.

But, of course, I'm an Adam fan, so I'm going to think he's going to go all the way; which is the same for Kris fans.

I do think, though, that Kris is a bit cuter than Adam. Even though he does that weird thing with his jaw.

Well my vote probably doesn't count for much since I only watched last week and last night's shows, but my vote goes to Adam.  I'm a child of the 80s when hair bands ruled the world.  Listening to Adam sing Aerosmith's Cryin last week made me think of KISS, Journey, Whitesnake and all those bands I loved back then so he's my preference.  Kris seemed to fail to hit many of his notes and seemed off key to me much of the time so it's like nails on a chalkboard to my ear.

I'm sure Adam will still make the big bucks - but he seems like he will probably go the way of weird costumes like KISS and I don't think he would have been able to do that under AI contract.  Kris is good and I think he won b/c he's more "all american".
