Well I don't know about being canceled before their time, but I miss the following:

Frasier

King of Queens.

I think they probably played out all the scenarios they could so it was probably time to go, but I loved those 2 shows sooooo much.  I'm sure I'll be back to mention a few more :)

Both shows are in re-runs all over the tube...especially in St. Louis.

They're in reruns here too and I watch them all the time.  I think I've seen every episode 5 times now.  LOL

I miss quite a few shows but the ones that I miss the most are West Wing, Babylon 5, Knight Rider (the original), Moonlight, and Stargate. I wish Babylon 5 would start rerunning their shows again. I enjoyed that show.

I could fill the screen with shows I miss, including West Wing, Hill Street Blues, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Seinfeld, JAG, Home Improvement, Cheers and M*A*S*H. One recent and little-known show I miss was called Over There, which was about the war in Iraq.

Yeah, a lot of these shows are still around as re-runs, but it's not the same as seeing new, fresh shows.

My 10 year old grandson and I miss Moonlight.  It was such an awesome show.

I miss JAG, Crossing Jordan, moonlight.  Those were great shows.  There are several shows that I used to really enjoy that are still on but they have gone psycho and I miss the original show before they went all crazy.

Boston Legal- one of my favorite shows ever.  Mixed pathos, humor and political/social commentary expertly.

NYPD Blue- Two words: Dennis Franz

Life On Mars- They cut that one down with a lame ending.  Before that it was terrific.

American Gothic- Remember that one?  One season, because American's can't stand to watch anything complicated.

Moonlighting- before they show killing "consummation"

Hill Street Blues, St. Elsewhere, Seinfeld, The Sopranos.....the list goes on.

The Wire (best show on T.V.  ever),  Lou Grant,  Smothers Brothers, Studio 60,  Dick Van Dyke Show,  Ernie Kovacs,  Chiller Theater with Zacherle,  Soupy Sales,  If Dream On was more consistent like it's season 2... I'd be all for that one lasting forever...but it went downhill as most shows do after a few years unless they are cancelled before they should be.

"Dirt" which was on FX with Courtney Cox...love her, loved that show.  Oh but hey!  She'll be a CougarTown this fall ;)

I really miss "Lost In Space" and I watch that on Hulu sometimes.

There are quite a few shows that I miss. I may be dating myself, however these were good shows. Laugh-in, Who's the boss, all those westerns that I loved so much - all John Wayne westerns, gunsmoke, High Chaperal, the lone ranger, the virginian, death valley, wagon train. For the kids, Brady bunch, peticoat junction, gilligans island. Some of those are being played on MEtv in southeastern wisconsin.

My two are "Dead Wood" they said they would finish it but didn't. We watched that show faithfully and just recently "Life" cop show. I really liked that show I was waiting to find out when it was coming back and they axed it Now we will never know who framed Charlie Cruise.:(.   And also "Blood Ties" too.

Some really great shows are gone.  Sports Night, The Riches, The West Wing, The Practice, Boston Legal, Life on Mars and Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip.  Almost left out Chicago Hope.

We used to watch "Ed" a few years back.  Stupidest finale ever, but the show was great!  "West Wing" is another tragic loss.

I miss Friends, Frasier, and Will & Grace.  They are probably my 3 favorite shows of all time.

Oh, I totally left "Friends" off my list!  I borrowed my friend's entire "Friends" collection and watched the whole series last summer when we had no cable because I was cutting back to save money.

Wow, amazingly I can't think of any!  I have, as someone mentioned, seen reruns of all those shows so many times so I think I'm over them.  I will watch Friends, Fraiser and Will & Grace Reruns for months straight, and then I'll be tired of them for the next few months.

I think there are just so many shows on now that I like that i'm glad all those other ones are gone :)  Sometimes I see those old shows and laugh at how much times have changed since then.

But I do miss some of the actors.  Wasn't Megan Mullally supposed to be in something else now?  I've seen previews for shows recently that feature some of the actors I have missed and it's nice to see them in other roles.

Who votes for a reunion?  How about: "Friends meets Fraiser meets Will and Grace"  That would be a great one!

The Wonder Years.

The old variety shows like Dean Martin and Carol Burnett.

The Saturday monster movies.

Rat Patrol.

Mighty Mouse. Bullwinkle and Rocky.

Tomorrow with Tom Snyder.

Benny Hill.

Matt Helm movies.

None of the really modern ones have left a void for me. Like modern music, it's gotten too manufactured and formulaic.

to save space, i'll only write about the last decade.

I'm a big Joss Whedon fan, and I really really really miss firefly. you should check it out on DVD. it was a great show, and totally deserving of its rabid fan base.

Also Moonlight was good, and The Dresden Files, there really are so many it's hard to make a list! Why do they cancel deserving shows? We all hate it!

Quality comedy variety shows like:  The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour and Carol Burnett.   Unique, often excellent entertainment and we'll probably not see their kind ever again.
