Yeah,that's a good point.  It is nice to know what homes sell for in different areas.  It's amazing that houses of similar sizes selling in different areas  can vary so greatly in price.  I've seen one house cost a half million dollars on one episode, and then in another episode, a similar sized home in another area cost half that much.
