I've watched it from time to time, especially lately since I have been house shopping. In some ways it presents an unrealistic experience of house hunting since many homes I have looked at are messy, not well maintained, or are badly decorated - something you never see on the show. (especially some of the foreclosed properties - some are just a wreck!)

A freind of mine urged me to sign up for the show since she knew I would be house hunting. Turns out that you have to already have a contract on a home to be on the show and then pretend you are deciding between 3 of them - that's TV!
