Walk Away the Pounds 1 and 2 miles

Walk Away the Pounds 1 and 2 miles
conservative

NOV

2009

I origianlly had the Walk Away the Pounds VHS tape. Later I bought the DVD set.

When I first bought this I was 50 lbs overweight. I had tried different excersice videos before. I was too out of shape to get through them.

This exercise dvd is a low impact great way to start. In the starter dvd you take about 20 minutes. It is based on milage. It keeps shwing you how far you have gone so you know you just have to go a little further. It keeps you going. At first it was a bit of a struggle but not overwhelmingly so. I kept doing this dvd daily until eventually I moved onto the two mile walk. It starts...

Slim in 6 has changed my outlook on life completely. I've lost about 15 pounds already and I'm only on my fourth week of exercise (Two more weeks to go)! How amazing is that?!!! It's a great exercise program because the on-screen timer keeps you motivated for your workout (in addition to the trainer's encouraging words)! Included with Slim in 6, comes 2 DVDs for your workout and a healthy supplement eating guide. The program takes you along in stages of progression as time goes on. It develops from "Start It Up!" (about half an hour long) to "Ramp It Up!" (about 3/4 of an hour long) to "Burn It...

LeapFrog: Letter Factory

LeapFrog: Letter Factory
watching with kids, a busy person

I had found this video at a consignment shop and bought it to entertain my two year old son in the car on our long ride to the mountains. He liked it so much he wouldn't let us watch anything else, and, within a month of watching it periodically when I picked him up from daycare, he is able to pick up his bathtub letters and tell me what the letters are and what sound they make. I'm not a huge fan of video watching for my little one, but this definitely was worth the video time spent!

Whatever happened to this great show? I saw only a few episodes and was beginng to get into it and then there was no more! I loved these beautiful and successful career women with their stylish clothes, smarts and men problems. I felt there was a bit of fantasy me in each. Each of them had a little of me and also some characteristics of who I wanted to be. I liked the hardworking career woman who was more succesful than her unemployed husband. I loved the woman with the sexy and adoring younger boyfriend. She seemed so wholesome, yet had this amazing secret witha husband who was tricky because...

This film was a plus, it was totally marketed in the wrong way though. Many people thought it was just going to be another horror film but to be honest i laughed more in it than was shocked. Woody was as funny as always and stole the show sponging off of the other lead character being a teen. It is a must see dont go in thinking your going to be scared though. the fright is just not there but the comedy is.

If your into classics made into remakes this one is for you. If youve been following the big three meaning michael meyers, freddy krueger and jason vorhees. Youll notice these are becoming more realistic using a more down to earth touch which makes them scarier. In example parts in the new version are things that similar real life deviants would do as in capture and retain people. Its not just the simple slasher flick it once was the cast was fair and the graphics were great but what made the film was the more indepth explortation of the characters and giving you more insight into the character....

I have always loved to work out, and I am always looking for a new killer workout.  I am the kind of person who loves to sweat and push myself to the max.  If you are anything like me, than you will love these fitness videos.  They push you and the workouts are always changing.  I am very hesitant to do home video workouts, seeing how they are lame most of the time, and I don't see any results.  These are different and they keep you motivated.  I love Tony and I would like to buy some more of his products.  This set of DVD's is a little pricey and you also have to buy weights and a pullup...

Jason and Grant, Roto-Rooter guys by day and Ghost Hunters by night. Two skeptical guys who have a small team of ghost hunters who travel all over the United States and some other countries in previous episodes trying to debunk problems and explain if your dealing with something paranormal. I have been watching this show for years and I cannot get enough of it! If you are a non-believer you must watch this show a few times and you will be hooked! I am all about the paranormal and spirits and hauntings so I feed off of these episodes and cannot wait to watch the next show. They set up tons of camera's...

I truly enjoy Fringe.  It's well acted and well written and wonderfully wierd.  It began sort of strange and has been moving closer and closer to beyond the fringe with each subsequent episode.  Anna Torv (Olivia) and Joshua Jackson (Peter) somehow are able to make all these wierd goings on seem matter of fact.  John Nobel is a wonderful mad scientist and a kind of sexy senior citizen.  Now that Leonard Nemoy has joined the cast I just can't wait to see what will happen next.  Bravo to FOX for bringing SciFi back to network primetime.

I could not wait for G.I.Joe to come to theaters! Yes me a girl! I do not usually go for movies like this but I really wanted to see it bad. The beginning was cool, it kinda throws you right into things not knowing what your seeing or who is good and who is bad. You figure things out fairly quickly and it seems like a great movie until you get about half way through then it drags on, the action isn't really that great and all the good stuff they showed in the previews. The G.I Joe suits make them super powerful and can jump higher and run faster and the previews made it seem like they were going...

I promise this is one of the greatest workout videos of all time! Billy Blanks works all the muscle groups. First, you warm up with neck, arm, and leg stretches. Then, move into jabs to increase the heart-rate.  From there it is kicking, punching, and other cardio-boosting moves. For the last 20 minutes of the video, Billy concentrates on the butt and abs, though he works these throughout the entire video--without you even knowing it.  There are no weights involved in this workout, but muscles will develop because you have to support your own weight. No. this is not an extremely painful workout...
