Unresponsive, deletes and blocks customers
I cannot recommend Mouth (Mouth Foods) and am sorry to leave a bad review. I wish I saw the other reviews first; I would have known not to order from Mouth. After two unanswered emails about my order, I went to their Facebook and replied to another customer's worried comment asking if she finally got a resolution. A couple hours later, both of our comments were deleted. I went to their Instagram and left a comment asking if someone could help me look into my order. It was soon deleted also. After I commented to point out how not cool that was, they deleted my second comment and blocked me. If it seems like you can't find many bad reviews/comments about this company, it's not that they don't exist, but it's because they are quick to delete and block customers. Wish they were just as quick helping their customers! Not trustworthy, and such poor business practice to not be honest and transparent. I understand it's the holidays, and if you are overwhelmed and running behind, say so. So many other companies are! But apparently, they are not too busy to keep from deleting customer questions and comments. It's too bad, I really like their offerings and would have probably ordered from them again, but not after this experience. Excuse the pun, but they have definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.
