Moulin Rouge is one of the most spectacular movies I have ever seen! It is definately one of the most treasured in my DVD collection! The costuming is just so elaborate, and colorful! Numerous costume changes are modeled throughout the movie by the various characters. The various costumes are quite stunning in detail as well, which plays an impressive part in the movie. The numerous musical numbers and energetic choreography are both entertaining and captivating! learn to be love and be loved in return. the whole movie is about two people falling in love. the guy is in love with a dancer from a bar . he met her because her friends took him to the bar and hooked him up with him. the owner told her to spend the night with the guy that had a napkin in his pocket. she saw him but it was actually the other guy named the Duke. he falled in love with her and expressed themselfs by singing. its the best musical ive ever seen. the owner doesnt want her to go with him because he wants her to go with the duke who has a lot of money. they do acts and kiss by hidding....

Not only does this movie serve any movie-goer justice. Though a musical, it is one that guys and girls can love. A chilling love story with a humorous twist, and musical influences from all decades. 

An all-star cast with Ewen McGregor, Nicole Kidman, and John Leguizamo. A beautiful display of musical melodies and a romantic story that would bring tears to anyones eyes. The songs are totally catchy and make you want to learn adn sing along.

This movie will not only blow your mind, but it will also make you want to buy it immediately and can be one of those movies that one is capable of watching...

although i was skeptical to watch moulin rouge, when my mother and sister brought it home to watch i watched it with them. i was shocked and in awe of this movie and quickly bought the soundtrack to go with it. definately one of my favorite musicals. ewan mcgregor melted my heart with his rendition of "This is Your Song"
