somewhat tech savvy, computer literate
Pros

    Voice Activation that works

Cons
    Battery doesn't last very long, freezes up sometimes, MP3 Player drains battery badly

I have had this phone exchaned several time. Picture qaulity is poor. Speaker dies out while talking. Memory has erased itself on more than one occasion. Difficult to transfer between calls on hold and 3-way calling.  But love the mirrored front.
