The phone is pretty nice. I like the functions and extra's. Texting is fairly simple, also. Seems durable, but I bought one of the gel type covers for added protection. The camera is marginal, but will work fine in a pinch. I am usually not a huge motorola fan because of past experiences, and right now I am not sure if the phone is having connection issues or the service provider - coincidentally my drop call percentage increased 3 fold when I got this phone and the service provider is trying to see if it is a cell tower issue or if I have a defective phone. I have had this phone for almost 2 months and will give them 2 more weeks to figure out if this is their issue or my phones. The service provider has been great to work with.
