appreciate reliability

    limited category contact space, speaker phone buttons in the wrong place, red button to turn on - not green, some parts are hard, no camera, not so fast to replace, too expensive

This phone is hard to find contacts.  There are buttons on the side for things like the speaker phone, so when you open the lid you hit that button and the speaker phone comes on, then you have to push and hold the speaker button to get it to turn off.  It's just not an easy phone to use.  I have had others I liked much better.  I also don't like the fact that if you put in more than one number for a contact it shows that contact in the list for each number.
