I've had this type of phone for almost exactly two years now and have had to replace either the phone itself or the battery more times that I can remember. I was extremely happy with the phone for the first few months, then the battery began giving me trouble. I would not hold a charge AT ALL. The weird thing was, that I could text on the phone almost all day but as soon as I began actually talking on it, it would die within a matter of minutes. Not only was this VERY frustrating, but I was not getting any answers from Verizon either.
I was given a new phone but that did not solve the problem. I went in again and was given a new battery...it worked very well again for a few months but then I started having the same problem. I think I've got through 3 batteries but I'm honestly quite tired of it. I spent nearly $250 on this phone and was expecting much, MUCH more.
Needless to say, I won't be getting another Motorola when I receive my upgrade.
