cute phone, but doesn't last long

Pros

cute, small, has mp3 player w/ itunes

Cons

sim card not secure, keypad cracked, data card reformatted itself, it randomly calls my sister-in-law

I loved this phone when I first got it. I started having problems with it after about 4 months - the battery or sim card would come loose and the screen would go blank. The memory card (which holds pictures and songs) reformatted itself. The keypad cover cracked. Sometimes it calls my sister-in-law on it's own (I love her, but she doesn't want to hear from me at 7am). All in all, I wish I'd gotten the RAZR.

My ROKR phone was making random calls on its own, too. The tech support told me to clear the cache and call history on the phone. That seems to have worked for me. After one year, my iTunes mp3 player went out on my phone. Of course, past the warranty *:(

Check with your provider, most phones have a 1 yr warranty. If you haven't dropped it/wet it, you may be able to get it replaced.
