Cons
    battery cover comes off easily, crappy, Poor battery life, slow, freezes, slow inerface, Camera lacks flash and other features, slow texting

this phone dies when you are on the other line and you have a full battery. it will freeze up during a call, not drop it, just freezes up. It once dialed a number i wasnt even calling. I had sprint replace the phone 6 times before i finally gave up and demanded a completly different phone. stick with LG phones.
