The RAZR has a great form factor. I no longer carry my phone in a holster on my belt, I just slip it into my pocket. It's slim, and there is no external antenna to get in the way.
The reception is good, battery life is adequate, it has a decent size screen. I use the Get It Now and Mobile Web features occasionally, but I have not tried V-Cast and I have not installed a MicroSD card yet.
The phone accepts both midi and mp3 sound clips as ringers, and the speaker quality is good. The camera takes decent pictures if there is plenty of light (there is no flash). Video clips are usable also, although I haven't used that feature much.
One nice thing about the RAZR is the large community of users, and the ability to make modifications to "unlock" features and further customize the phone.
Now the downsides: 1. The RAZR seems to be finicky about Bluetooth headsets; there are few that provide clear, trouble-free communication. 2. Verizon tends to "cripple" their phones, which limits the potential of the phone compared to the same phone on another network. This doesn't really have anything to do with the RAZR, but Verizon in general.
