Motorola - Razr V3m Cell Phone —

I got this phone because it was 1) free with the contract and 2) included a camera and mp3 player. I had a Sharp phone before, but needed to get a new phone because I switched to a different carrier. I immediately noticed that the voice quality on the RAZR was not as good as on my old phone. The other very annoying feature of the phone is that it is set up to make it easy to use premium services that come at an extra charge, such as downloading ring tones. I don't want to use these features at all, but I have occasionally hit the wrong button, and my phone automatically connected me to the internet and I got charged for it. Also, by including these features in the main menue, Motorola makes it more difficult to navigating to more useful features such as the alarm clock, sound settings, and the mp3 player. The MP3 player in particular is so user-unfriendly that I have actually never used it - I end up just using my iPod instead.
