phones break and dont work

Every day computer user
Cons
    breaks easily, display screen becomes smudged easily, Battery runs low quickly, Needs a charge more often than others, resets itself, prone to freeze ups

Motorola - Razr V3 Cell Phone — 

have had a v3 for over a year

accidently lost my phone......and would have had to pay for the whole phone again
my insurance plan that i have been playin for almost a year....didn't do me any good

my service is thru t-mobile and i am not impressed
