Pluses: The Razr v3i iTunes cell phone is a great phone. Good reception with AT&T. Great looking. Robust - often dropped and still working. Works well in Europe with AT&T service. Good battery longevity. Works okay as an mp3 player. It only cost me $20 with a 2 year AT&T family plan as part of a Father's Day promotion in 2007. Acceptable user support from Motorola. Decent camera. Really great Bluetooth performace with Motorola H700 headset. Good voice activation software.

Minuses: Small keys for texting with my very big fingers. Screen hard to see in bright sunlight. User interface isn't as easy to use or as intuitive as the ones on my previous Sony Ericsson phones. Microsoft Outlook Calendar synchronizing with Phone Tools is sometimes incomplete: the Motorola software doesn't deal well with recurring meeting notices in Outlook.
