    variety of accessories, Camera

Cons
    Break Easy, battery life is zilch, contact list has no address fields?, screen scratches easy

There was a lot of hype surrounding the rzr, but I am very disappointed with the phone.  It getes scratched easily, the buttons are not easy to push and the SIM card is constantly shifting.  The phone tells me that it cannot find the network, so almost every time I try to use it, I have to turn it off and adjust the SIM card.  Is not a very durable phone.

On the plus side, there are many accessories to choose from and the camera is decent.
