I loved the looks of this phone, however, I went through 3 of them in about a year. It would freeze, sometimes turn off by itself, or get a "static screen" like when the t.v. has no antena, and I would not get good reception either (you might say it's the networks fault but sometimes someone would have the same network and I would not have reception when they did and our phones would be on the same spot.)
