I've had this phone for more than 1 year. The phone is very reliable, and has an excellent batery life, but does run down quickly when in a location with a weak signal. The slim design fits great in you pocket, hardly perceptible. Caller id on outside is great and can dismiss or silence calls with the push of one side button. Good sound quality. I just wish it had a GPS feature.
