    It looks cool

Cons
    It's not dependable, It brakes too easily, everyone has one, The battery does not last, It is expensive

The Razr was one of the worst cell phones I have ever used. It brakes too easily and cost me a fortune trying to repair it. I had to buy a new phone before my 2 year plan ended. The Motorola Razr is not a dependable phone although it does look pretty cool.
