I have used my Motorola Razr phone for over three years and I have no major complaints. I do not have trouble with accessability however, I have had a few dropped calls in remote areas. I live on the first floor of a three story concrete apartment building. There is a lot of concrete and metal between me and an outside signal. Visitors to my home have had problems getting a signal in my apartment but I have not. I have had problems with reception while using my Bluetooth device. I have tried several different BLuetooth devices including the odel made by7 Motorola specifically for this phone and I still have occasional problems, usually when I on a call outside, One other draw back to the phone is over time, the battery fails to hold a charge for very long. I am also starting to have trouble with the recepticle where the wall charger plugs in. I must admit that I do have an older model of this phone and can not speak for hte new models, but over all I am please with my Motorla Rzr and I feel that I have gotten my money's worht out of the phone. I give it four and a half stars out of five.
