Motorola - Razar Cell Phone —

I own a motorola razar that I like rather well, I do not go for all the new bells and whistles, I just like a phone that works. I have had my razar for two years and have not had any problems with it, I tend to stay with brands I can count on, I cannot say the same for my wireless carrier, AT&T. I have had AT&T for 61/2 years and I went into one of their core stores the other day to change my phone plan, I signed in and had to stand and wait as there was not any place to sit. This probably would not have so bad, but I am disabled and have knee replacements in both my knees as well as other disabilities, and was made to stand waiting for over 40 minutes and then the employee that started to assisted the next person decided to pass me over twice. I decided that I had , had all I could take and demanded rather loudly to know why two people who came in after me were take before me? The employee said he didn't see my name, that was a lie since my name was printed larger thatn anyone elses on the entire page. I was purposly passed over either because I was a white woman, or because I am disabled, because the employee took a man and a forein woman instead of me, and neither one of them were disabled. A c/s girl finally waited on me and told me I could not change my service for another 14 days, and then she kept making excuses for her fellow employee skipping me. The employee that skipped me kept arguing with me instead of helping the customer he was waithing on. When I finally got a manager to talk to about this incident, she made more excuses for the employee, and said since he was union she could not fire him for the way he treated me, then I talked to her boss and she said that she could not fire him because he was union. The girl employee posted bad comments in my customer file and then since I found out about it, AT&T had my son fired who worked for one of their contracted customer service establishments, and did nothing to the employee for posting the bad comments about me. I will now be filing a law suit against AT&T for the way I was discriminated against in their store and I will be terminating my phone service with them and getting another carrier. I will also be filing with the EEOC, and civil liberties union. So I would not recommend AT&T to anyone, but I will continue to purchase and use Motorola products. My husband , my son and my self all had Razars and I hope we can find another phone service that uses the same phone. It is a shame that At&T cares more about their employees than they do their customers. I do not like dealing with a company that treats customers like they are replaceable, as I was a manager and I always treated all my customers like they were they only one, no matter how much they  spent in my store.I usually get better service from upgrading my phone at Best Buy, and not goin to AT&T stores, and I do not like the way they do business. Unfortunately the current Motorola Razar I have will have to be replaced with another unit, since it will only work with at&t service. And now I will have to tell everyone I know how at&t has not only treated me ,but the fact that they sought out to have my son fired also, this seems like a personal attack against my family, and still they do nothing to their employees. With the economy today you would think that a company would not let their employees treat customers poorly and discriminate against handicapped people. They sure do not discriminate against cashing my check every month when I pay my cell bill. The district and store manager offered me free car chargers, and put money on my account to try to buy me off and keep from filing the complaints against the company, so they know that their employee was wrong, as no handicapped customer should ever be passed over especially after being made to stand and wait for over 40 minutes to be assisted. They were full of excuses , but really did not offer anything to make sure that the employee would be terminated, so that leaves him free to discriminate at will against any customer that enters the store that he does not like for whatever reason. When an employee has nothing to fear for their actions, then they will continue to behave in whatever manner they choose. By him not being teerminated, it is like rewarding him for discriminating against me, and this must be the way AT&T wants to operate it's business, as they had my son terminated and left their employee to continue to discriminate at will. So if you are disabled and live anywhere near AVON INDIANA then I would advise you against going to the AT&T WIRELESS store for your phone service, as you more than likely will be discriminated against by NATHAN and have bad and incorrect statements written about you in your AT&T account file by MELISSA ARMSTRONG, and should you happen to find out, then AT&T will seek out any way to try to cover it up or terminate your family members that might work for them or their affiliates, and then reward their employees for treating you poorly and discriminating against you . It is just a shame that I will now have to purchase a new cell phone when I change my service to either Sprint or Verizion, or one of the other carriers in our area. I do hope that they will offer a RAZAR as I did like my phone!
