I loved the Razr it was so stylish!! I was easy to use. It took awesome pictures. I loved the fact that it took video because alot of the newer phones don't. I have upgraded twice since I have had the razr and I keep going back to my razr!! I just upgraded again and I had internet with my phone as a modem and the new phone does not have software so I am planning on ordering a new razr so I can connect to the internet!! Texting on the razr was so easy!! I loved that fact is was so small and skinny I could put it in my pocket and wouldn't have a bulge in my front pocket.. You couldn't even tell it was in the pocket which I loved! My husband had one to and this phones are made tough because he cracked his screen so bad you couldn't really see anything and it still worked!! He also dropped his phone in water to many times to count and after about 3 years of wear and tear it finally quit working. It is by far our favorite phone!!

Wow. I don't know what to say about this phone other than that looks can be deceiving. I got a Motorola Razr because it was the "it phone" when I was looking, and I was thrilled with the sleek design, the color offerings (I got a hot pink one) and the easy-to-use keypad. But this phone is horrible, and I went through not one but two before giving up. The first one stopped working for no reason; it had no water damage, and a corner chipped off without warning. It was under warranty -- as in, this happened within six months of getting the phone -- and I got a new one from my provider. This one, too, dropped calls, had a keypad that stuck and eventually stopped working, while I was on vacation, no less. I was immensely disgusted with this phone and would never buy another Motorola device. On the plus side, this phone was easy to carry and had a long battery life, but that's hardly something to throw a party over when the phone won't work!

I would not recommend this phone to anyone....especially if you have a purse. It slide open to easily & while rolling about in your purse will dial numbers! The clip on the side that you plug your charger into came off within the 1st month. The frame is easily chipped/broken away & forget texting as it takes forever.
