If only the phone worked as well as it looks.....

I used this phone for about 6 months from the beginning of 2007 until I down graded to my LG ENVY. I had decided to get a Q for the keyboard usage. I send and receive a lot of TXT messages, and wanted the convenience of the keyboard. I was extremely disappointed with the phone's capabilities. When I was at the Verizon store the representative assured me that the phone was MAC compatible, that is true after you download $40 worth of software. I always had trouble synching the missing sync calendar from the Q and my laptop. Another problem I had was that in order to send and receive pictures I had to use the internet feature that also cost extra $. All in all the Q was a money pit!
