I have been greatly disappointed with the Moto Q.  I've personally have had mine replaced 4 times (in 6 months) due to manufactor defects, once after only a week! Either the speaker phone doesn't work, the keys are overly sensitive, it randomly openes and closes programs, or just plain freezes/locks.  (And once it locks it takes the Sprint Techs to unlock it on my current one)  If you actually want to use the Moto Q for emailing be prepared for it to slow considerably and your battery life to drop to about an hour.  I have had to develope the habit of going in and deleting all of the temp files it piles on the phone from emailing, texting, or just browsing the net.  (one of the phones would lock these files and within a month had overloaded the memory)  The Moto Q is not a practical phone for any serious PDA lover/user.  Simple phone calls in and out become a problem if more then 2 applications are open and be prepared for a lot of staled dialing and lack of answering of incoming calls.  I do not recommend this phone to anyone.
