Carrier: Sprint

Replaced my aging Treo 600 since I wanted a higher resolution screen and camera. Wanted the Samsung Blackjack but unfortunately it's not carried by Sprint.

Like the phone size and after many changes to the settings am actually getting battery life that I can live with. (Seach the web for power saving tips or your battery will not even make it 14 hours in standby without dying.)

Biggest drawback is that moving from the Palm/Treo operating system to the Windows Mobile makes me wonder why Microsoft is so bad at what they do. Menus and selections are completely non-intuitive and common options are the oddest places. Plus this is a "smart" phone with no embedded way to search all the contents of the device or synch your notes on your contact cards to to/from your PC to this device?

These are the basic mobile/working concepts that seem to elude the people at Microsoft so you end up spending even more $$ on add-on programs. It's either intentionally done to funnel your hard earned dollars to their programming partners or maybe no one in Redmond actually uses their phones for anything more than talking and an occassional picture.
