Not impressed with the Motorola Q performance

reliant on my phone, a smartphone user, Every day computer user, intermediate-user, technology lover, not duct taped to my cell phone

Pros

bright color screen, easy keyboard

Cons

can't sync without MS Office, equipment unreliable, operating system crashes, service doesn't provide MS Office Mobile

I have had my Motorola Q since November of last year, and this is my fourth phone so far. The operating system crashed less than a month after i got it, and i lost all my data. The problems with each subsequent phone have been too numerous to list, but i cannot depend on it to keep up with my data and so i still have to write everything down. What's the point of having a "smartphone"?
