If you get a good one, you still may be disappointed

Pros

excellent syncrhonization with outlook, size, screen, effective all-in-one

Cons

operating system crashes, Phone locks up, unstable, screen gets dirty, buggy, freezes

The Motorola Q is a PDA and phone combination. I have an add-on software from GOOD, and the Q synchs wirelessly and continuously with our corporate e-mail server. It has a great size (about as slim as the Razr) and its functions are very useful. I would have given it a 5-star rating, except for the fact that I had to exchange the first 4 I got because they kept locking up - requiring a battery-out reboot.
