The sound quality on this phone is terrific. It's the best quality of any cells I've used in the past. The buttons are a bit small, but you get used to it after awhile. It has Windows Mobile as the OS and you can download programs to help customize the user experience. I use it as a PDA to store all of my contact information, I have several games on it, and I use eReader and MobiPocket to read books. With all of this, I never get bored when I am forced to wait in a Doctor's office or get stuck in rush hour traffic! The size is great for a purse pocket or even a back pocket of your jeans! I don't use a case, but have put Best Skins Ever on it to prevent it from scratching. It has a mini SD slot (which I haven't had to use yet). The battery life is only OK, but I purchased a second battery and just keep them charged so I can swap whenever necessary. Even the camera has decent quality! The only drawback is that itis hard to see the screen on a brigh sunny day.
