Not the best phone I've owned but not the worst either

Pros

    bright color screen, easy keyboard, easy to use, excellent syncrhonization with outlook

Cons
    not so good battery life, freezes, Phone locks up

While I love being able to have my fingers on the pulse of things at the office while I'm away from my PC the bugs of this phone really bug me.  The phone shuts itself off quite often and the battery life isn't the best.  It also sometimes locks up.  The phone itself is easy to use and the storage capacity for contacts is great.  I think I'll be getting a Blackberry though next time.
