I was not at all impressed by the Motorola Q by Sprint. It didn't do the features that we were told when purchasing it. It does offer many features, but is very complicated to most tasks. This phone is windows based, so you can receive your e-mail, but 9 out of 10 times you can only access the words, no pics. When sending picture mail, you must go online to do so. No sending it from your phone. The battery life is very short, even if you get the extended life battery. I ahve also had many problems w/ the kieys not working. Make-up, sweat, & just plain dirt & dust gets in behind the keys. Then you have to go days with out a phone, until insurance can send you another. All in all I would say the phone is way too overpriced for what it does!
