There are no complications with using my phone. I've dropped it multiple times, there is a big crack on the front but still, it works really good. There are a lot of features and settings you can adjust to your personal likes and good features, too. Texting--tries to write what you're trying to text before you do, you can put in a MicroSD card and there, you have music, videos, and pictures on your phone! Airplane Mode, Optional Caller ID, Charge Time, Alarm Clock, and much more. A great phone for someone who needs a phone, uses it a lot but isn't too dependent on it.
