Motorola - MotoKRZR K1 Cell Phone —
I was so excited when I purchased the Motorola Krzr. It was shiny and pretty! Then I tried to set up the speed dial - what a nightmare. I even called Verizon help and they couldn't understand the craziness. The phone is often slow to respond. When you hit a button the wait time until something happens is LONG. It doesn't drop calls often but the volume can be low at times. I love the ring tones on it and have been able to download others that I like. Unfortunately, I can't hear them before I buy them for some reason with this phone. I looked at a Blackberry and a Samsung when I was shopping for phones, and now I wish I had purchased something else.
