Motorola - MotoKRZR K1 Cell Phone Review

I got this phone free with the "new every two plan" but I am considering actually purchasing a phone to use instead. 

Problems:  1) The keys are not user friendly.  The clear button is right above the end call button.  So if you're a texter, you can be in the middle of texting and hit the end button on accident instead of the clear button and it ends your text without saving it.  Also, since the keys are so close together it's hard to play the games.  2) My call distinct function does not work so I can't have different ringtones for different people.  3) It's not durable. Every time I drop it it dents and scratches the phones.  I've had other phones that at least it held in there! 

Now my husband has the exact same phone and he loves it!  But he's not a texter and his distinctive ringtones work.  I could request another phone but I'd have to pay for a replacement.  I'd rather put the money into a different phone.
