Motorola Moto Q Smartphone —

I purchased my Motorola Q to be able to check my email from anywhere and not having to worry about having a computer with me. The data package you need (at least with Verizon) is a bit of a bummer cost-wise, but functionally with Windows on it, there is a lot you can do (it also has Internet Explorer and you can download Google Maps for free for it). The only downside I have had so far is battery life. If I don't actually talk on it, the battery life has averaged about 6 hours which if you are using a 4-day charge flip-phone, it's a big difference. When I have it at work I keep it plugged in and when I'm driving it's charging as well. As for sound quality, I thought it would be a bit weird because of it's size but I can hear fine and the speakerphone options works quite well too. I also noticed that if I don't have my nails long it's hard to use the type pad (and I have size 5 finers!)

It's a good phone for the price and the options it has but make sure you keep it charged or have a backup battery on hand
