The Motorola RIZR is fantastic as both a phone and with all of its additional capabilities. My previous phone was a RAZR, which I thought was okay but certainly had its issues... My new RIZR has solved most of these issues (number redialing, how to save to the phone book, etc.) and has given me the capability of personalizing my phone even more by being able to download pictures and songs onto my phone. I'm not a big phone techie, and admittedly have trouble using a lot of features on my phone, but I'm good with computers and software, so the availability of working on things on my PC and downloading them to my phone was very appealing and has worked out very well. The phone service (through T-Mobile in my case) is very good and the reception on my phone is good as well. I do travel quite a bit (both domestically and internationally) and have never had an issue getting service on my phone (although it is occasionally analog service when I'm in the middle of nowhere). The ease of use as an MP3 player is so-so, the one drawback of this phone to me, but in all reality, I use my iPod instead of my phone most of the time anyway, so it's not that big of a deal.
