Motorola E815 is pretty good in maryland.

easy to handle, Good reception, can here calls, mine has lasted almost 2 years, Best camera!, Okay for the money!

Cons

can't used out of state now., need to be more water and steam proof.

It was a very good phone at first, but now I can't use it out my state at all. it is a motorola E815. It takes great pictures and vidio.The texting sends real fast.
