This was my first smartphone and I loved it. It had its problems but all phones do. Performance This phone worked great for the first year and a half. I loved the thing. It worked very well and I was able to do a lot on it. Voice Quality Great voice quality. I never had any problems making phones calls on it. Better than a lot of phones I've had. Battery Life This phone didn't have a great battery life, especially after a couple months it seemed to die even faster. Even my extended battery that I bought only last 24 hours when it was advertised for 72 hours. Durability This phone was pretty durable. I was pretty rough on it and it never cracked or broke in any way except the battery door is a little loose. It still works to this day. Ease of Use Very easy to use. The little green android guy is even there with directions when you first get the phone. Design Very cool design and look to it. That was one thing that drew me to purchase it. Even the design of the software on the phone was very cool.

I decided around 3 years ago it was time for my first smartphone. I bought this one upon recommendation from a family member. all in all its been a fairly good phone but its getting to the point where it now needs replaced. Its seen many days of use while riding in the car,running youtube videos to occupy my child,checking my email,texting and more. Performance For the first year,maybe 2 I saw great performance. After year 2,the battery drained quickly and I have to turn it off at least a couple of times a day to get it work right. Then it takes 10 minutes to be able to use it again after turning it back on. The camera takes great pictures outdoors,but inside I have grainy photos. Voice Quality It has great voice quality,I talk to my husband daily and make many phone calls on it and have no trouble hearing voice . Battery Life The first year or two of battery life was great ! By the end of year 2,I had to replace the battery and that didn't help,so I thought maybe that battery was no good and got a THIRD battery and that didn't help either. I have to be careful not to check my email, or surf the internet away from home or it will be dead quickly,otherwise it has to stay plugged into a charger at home or in the car so I can use it if I want to do more than make a few phone calls. Durability I gotta say the durability and strength of the phone is GREAT ! I couldn't begin to count the many of times I've dropped it or my child has knocked it out of my hands and sent it flying across a parking lot. Ease of Use Being my first smartphone,I had no problems figuring out how to use it and its a simple phone to use. My 6 year old daughter has no figured out how to answer the phone and go to the app's to find her favorite games. Design The design is great,the screen size is the perfect size,the weight is fairly good too. I have no problems at all with the design. It fits in the back pocket of my jeans or neatly in my purse and the screen size is good.

I did not spend a lot on this phone which is good thing considering some of the quirks it has. Overall the phone does work well, I have not experienced any major issues. The one main complaint that I have is that the battery life is really short in comparison to other phones. This is not the first smart phone that I have owned but in terms of battery life it is probably the worst. Performance The phone performs well although it can be a little slow because it is not the newest phone out there with the latest technology. It is what you would expect with an older phone. Voice Quality It is okay and what would be expected for a phone that runs on Verizon's network. Not stellar but certainly not awful. Battery Life Very poor. If the phone is used for anything other than basic calls or text messages (even sometimes then) the battery will drop very quickly. Durability I have dropped the phone a couple times and it seems to be holding up really well. Ease of Use Very easy to use, it is what you would expect with an Android operating system. Design It's okay. The design on the back is a little weird but not bad.

I have had my droid x for over 3 years now and it still keeps up with any other phone I have used. It may not be the "latest and greatest" but I get everything I need and want out of it. Performance Even for the phone being as old as it is now, I still do not see a "substantial" difference between this smartphone and other, newer smartphones. Voice Quality The droid X has gotten good service the whole time I have had it and I've never had any voice issues. Battery Life The battery could be a little better. Certain apps kill the battery pretty quickly but when just using the phone and casual browsing, I can still manage to get 14 hours or so before it needs to be plugged in. Durability I had a case on this phone for the first two and a half years and that kept it in really good shape. The case finally broke and I didn't feel like replacing it but the phone is still doing well. Recently dropped it flat on the screen which cracked the lcd slightly but is still fully functional. Ease of Use While it was difficult to learn at first, I believe that was because it was my first smartphone. Design I like the slim design of the phone and the large screen.

i give this phone a 5 . It is my own mini computer that fits into the palm of my hand it has alot of great features on it. The screen size is wonderful to watch videos,play games or watch movies. Performance the overall performance is great it has alot of apps to download and yes a bunch of threm are free it is very easy to use and has great sound and picture quality as well Voice Quality i enjoy the sound ,and videos it has a great picture. the sound of the phone when im watching movies is great and the screen size is an added bonus Battery Life the battery life of the phone is the only thing i do not like on the phone. it does not give you long battery life at all and thats due to all the accessible features and programs on it that require a major use of your battery but it does have settings you can change to that dont require so much battery life Durability my phone has been through alot with me and it still manages to be in great shape so that depends ion how you treat your phone on how long it stays with you Ease of Use the motorola droid x is a very easy phone to use it is self explanatory on everything Design the design of the phone is great i love the screen size of the phone that is my favorite feature on the phone.

The Motorola Droid X has a lot of potential. There are times when I really do like it and other times it frustrates me to no end. To be fair I did buy the phone used so keep that in mind. As far as ease of use goes I really do like it. The screen is big but not to big. I love the Android operating system and searching the internet or downloading apps is a breeze. There are so many apps to choose from and I really like having 7 different screens to store them on. The downfall of this phone for me has been the battery life. You will definitely need a car charger or to take the wall charger with you to places. That is if you plan on using your phone anyway. The other issue I have is the camera takes a while to actually shoot the photo so with moving subjects like children and pets your pics will be blurry.

This phone has a great screen quality and picture quality. Fast moving and does pretty much anything you could want. Performance Sometimes this phone has a little bit of "lag" time, but it isn't anything major to worry about. Battery life is average. The picture quality is great for a phone! Voice Quality Like any other phone, the voice quality can be a little fuzzy at times. So the reason I didn't give this phone a 5 in Voice quality is because it isn't "over the top" good. Battery Life Average battery life. It last a day or two without having to be charged. Durability This phone has been dropped and hit and still it stands the test of time. For my particular phone however the microphone has gone out. Ease of Use Very easy to use and understand---even for the technologically challenged. The buttons are clearly marked and easy to navigate. Design I wish this phone had a slide-out key board. The slide-out keyboard doesn't come until the Droid 2.
