very durable

5

This phone, Boost Mobile i335 Cell Phone, is an extremely durable cell phone.  My husband works outside and he has dropped the phone several times and it still works.  He upgraded from a similar older model and the only thing that he has complained about was that it was thinner than his old model.  The service is excellent and he utilizes many of the texting and phone calling services.  Another feature that this phone offers that his old phone did not is that he can now access the Internet with this phone which comes in handy.  Some of the technology was changed enough so that he could not take his sim card from the old phone and just put it in the new phone. This meant that he had to manually enter all his contacts into his new phone.  The only thing that this phone is missing is a camera.  There have been several times when he would have liked to take a picture of a piece of equipment.  Overall, we would make the same purchase for him again and would recommend this phone to others.  He likes the availability of his information without having to open his phone first.

boost mobile i335 is a terrible phone, i hate it

**The boost i335 phone is a terrible working phone, i have had so many problems with it . The first problem is it shutting off and restarting on it's own. I have gotten 3 replacements now and i am still not happy, I cannot afford to buy a more exspensive phone at the moment. My tracfone as simple as it is has never given me trouble like this boost phone does. The buttons wear out very fast, the middle one has broken in half from useage,I am glad that boost mobile has the plan they do, it covers everything my teen likes to do with her phone except for the technical problems it gives us. Im wondering if it just this certain model of phone ?? The biggest problem is when it rings there are times it doesn't even ring but goes straight to voicemail, i can be holding phone and all of a sudden the voicemail sound will go off and im like what the heck im holding it and it never rang.I have complained to the company quiet a few times but they haven't been able to answer why this phone has so many trouble and what they would do to make me a happy customer.I would be very happy if they maybe sent me and upgraded phone ,free of charge for all the problems  we have encountered since buying this particular phone. If it keeps up i may just switch to someone else..**

I loved this phone until it broke. Most phones usually don't break within three months, but mine did. This phone claimed to have "military-grade durability", but it died within three months over a splash of water. Don't get me wrong, though, the features on it are cool. It had amazing color and the graphics were great.

The Motorola i335 is great if ya just wanna call someone!

I have had the Motorola i335 for about 2 and a half years and it has been a great phone if what you need is to call someone. I am not a texter nor do I need internet capabilities on my phone. I pretty much use my phone to call my husband to tell him to bring home milk. I really only need a phone that can take a beating as I carry it around and that will last me a couple of years. So far so good. This phone does have direct connect capabilities which is really what my husband use most. You can load all of your phone numbers and other contact information for the people you call into it and it is pretty easy to find the information quickly when you want to use it. The screen is in color but the phone doesn't take pictures...again it's pretty basic. The speaker on it is nice and loud and clear. It does have texting capabilities and once in a while I get a random, stray text but I think if I were a texter it would drive me nuts not having a real keyboard. My husband did have this same phone and his only lasted a couple of years and then the battery died and wouldn't take a charge again. I just bought him a different phone. I guess if you are a person that uses the phone a lot the battery might be a problem. AGAIN...A GREAT PHONE IF YOU JUST WANT TO CALL PEOPLE.

Get what you pay for

I recently got this phone when I switched service to boost mobile. I find the battery life on this phone no more than about 3 hrs. It is a very basic phone. Although I can check my Yahoo mail on it. It will not allow me to check aol mail which for me is important. If at all possible I would not recommend this phone

A good temproary borrowed phone

The Motorola i335 is one of the easiest-to-use phones when I needed to use a cellular phone. No blasted touch screens that are delicate enough to require a stylus, the buttons are functional and quite easy to press and to configure, the screen images aren't too annoying--and texting is easier and less annoying than that of the Motorola i265. The battery is not as long as other phones I have had, and the reception is not good in some places, but I cannot complain. And, yes, I find the Hip Hop Immortal demo game to be quite entertaining. (Crass, a bit crude in objectives, and I can fight off  an urge to mischief with that game--without ever breaking a law!) The ring tones are decent and varied enough so that I know nearly all the time who is calling. My prepaid plan allows text messaging, and I have had no trouble with that on this phone either. Oh, and the phone has withstood about 2 months of inadvertent dialing and fumbling hands.

The Motorola i335 is a dependable and durable cell phone.

I have had a lot of different cell phones and the motorola i335 is the best phone i have ever owned. It is very dependable. I know that when i pick up my phone to make a call that my call will go through and i will have my conversation without interruptions or dropped calls. It is also very durable. My husband works in the ashpalt business and is around big trucks all day. He has ran over this phone on at least five different occasions that I know of and it still works like the day he took it out of the box. I have dropped it in a full glass of soda and thought it was completely ruined. To my amazment after i took it apart and let it dry it turned right on and had no problems with the sound or picture. I would highly reccomend this phone to anyone who works around heavy machines, have kids or just is hard on their phones. If your hard on your phones and go through them like I do this is surely the phone for you. Start saving your self some money on replacing phone after phone and buy this one so you don't have to but another phone again.
