Geico
I have two cars, fully covered and rental insurance, and towing insurance on both cars and we pay 112 a month for both cars. Have had one claim with Geico and they got our car in the shop the same day, towed it from where it was, got a rental the same day for my husband, and within five days decided our car was total loss and wroteus a check while givign us another week with a rental to get a car. Awesome service and cheapest price all in one.
Allied Insurance
This insurance company is NOT mine but was the person's that hit me and took fault because they ran a stop light and hit me. It took two weeks to get my car IN the repair shop and then the rental car place could not even get a HUMAN on the phone from the insurance company to get the rental started. They went ahead and let me get the rental today EVEN though they could not get ahold of Allied Auto insurance, other than being transferred to a stupid answering machine. This has got to be the worst company I have ever had dealings with and I am VERY grateful that we use Geico for our own car insurance!!!...

I am a college student with less than 3 years to my driver's license so it was a nightmare trying to find a company that would insure me, much less one that would insure me me for an affordable price. My choices were GEICO and progressive, but the GEICO agents that I spoke to were more helpful. My friends have GEICO and one of them got a fender-dent from a hit and run while parked in the school lot. GEICO was very easy to deal with and did not give us a hard time for the repair. Nationwide Insurance
Recently I was hit by a nationwide insurance client and let me tell you what a joke of a company they are. The first claims adjuster found 3000 in damages Rental - wouldnt pay, health care- wouldnt pay, 2nd adjuster found 12,000 in damages AFTER A PHONE CALL FROM AN ATTORNEY THEY decided to pay for the rental and fix my brand new car they way it was. However this took almost 3 months to get my car back.
American Family Insurance
I have been with American Family Insurance for 15 years. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my insurace needs even for less money. My agent is wonderful. He always trys to help us save money on our insurance needs. I have sent many people to him over the years. Several times we have needed his help and he is always there 24/7. I think I feel more protected by him than what he sells.
USAA Banking and Insurance
This isn't a business that's out to take advantage of you or your money. Yes, they are still a financial institution, but the treatment that I have received here is superior to every other place I've done business with. I have banking, home and auto insurance with USAA and am happy with all their products and services even after having to file a few claims; something's got to be said for that.
