My mom had a jar, and I used some one day...a week later I bought my own. I used it one night...and I slept on a satin pillow case (every night) and the next morning, my hair was shiny and looked so healthy after one use! (incredible!)And the smell is not all that bad. I sometimes have sewn in weaves. So when I wash my hair I use the Motions conditioner sat under the dryer for 15 mins, then use this product on my natural hair and in between my braids.  My natural hair is so healthy,long, and strong!!! However, I would not recommend this for hair weave...even on human hair weaves." I heard good reviews about this product. When I finally found it, I bought two jars immediately. I loved it! This is not so easy to find in the stores, though. If you see it, grab it. My hair was left super soft and shiney. Everyone tells me that my hair looks great and has a nice shine to it. My husband used this product and did not like it very well for his short cut.  He felt that it was too heavy and greasy.  Also, he did not like his head to shine as much as it does.

I have always had a difficult time finding products to keep my hair moisturized. It is very thick and coarse, and absorbs moisture quickly.  I tried this product on a whim, and could not have been more satisfied.  Within minutes, my scalp stopped itching all together.  My hair was glossy, and the dressing actually accented my curls.  I have never used a Motions product before, but now I am eager to try their whole line!
