I really like Motherlove More Milk Plus capsules. They are a galactagogue which just basically means it's a supplement to help a nursing mother's milk supply. I was SO glad I was referred to these after I had my son, he was just four days old when he was put in the hospital for severe dehydration. I ended up having to supplement with formula (no thanks to the hospital) but after taking these and doing LOTS of other things, I got my supply up and was finally able to nurse my son when he was 4 months old. He is 14 months old & still nursing, and I still take More Milk Plus, just because I don't want to go back to where I was before.
