Motherhood Maternity has the only selection of clothing that I have come to find that fit every shapy and size of a woman throughout her pregnancy. In the beginning of my pregnancy, I was extremely excited, mainly being a first time parent, to go shopping for "preggy clothes." Little did I know how much these items actually cost! It is expensive to look cute.
As mothers, we all know that it is difficult to keep up appearances, and the major factor in this is clothing. I am 2 inches shy of 5 feet tall, so finding pants that do not need to be hemmed, and capris that fit like actual capris and not like pants, is the most difficult thing for me. I am definitely budget conscious and in my search for maternity clothing, I obviously began in the less expensive stores.
I am not degrading places like Walmart or Target, but I observed that these apparel items are not always durable and only fit certain model types of body shapes.
Motherhood is always having sales. On most days, their prices range the same as stores like Khol's and Target. If you catch them on an off sale day, their prices are not much higher. But, the price is worth it if you want clothing that will last over a couple washes, and will not have to be physically altered.
