Motherhood maternity jeans do look very nice, they are super flattering and do wonders for a very pregnant figure! Alas, they are pretty pricey though and in some ways not worth it. Maybe it's because I am a shorter, slightly heavier set girl (about a size 14) but I found that I could only get the jeans to stay up when I was really big in my third trimester. I bought some belly band things that helped them to stay up before and after, but I was still disappointed. During my last pregnancy one of the thing I loved was still having my maternity jeans after as stylish, comfy jeans. These jeans are hard to do that with. The panel also tended to bunch up under the bustline, again maybe because I'm short (5'2"). Also, the panel eventually frays in the wash. One pair I had frayed within the first two weeks and another pair took about six months. That doesn't help with the staying up problem and trying to untangle all your other clothes from them in the wash is difficult. So if your looking for some long term, multiple use jeans...pass these ones up and go with some without a full belly panel.
