My husband I stayed here in 2007 while attending a PSU football game. Location was great. It was very easy to get to all Penn State locations. The hotel was very clean. Housekeeping did a nice job daily in cleaning the hotel and replenshing the towels, toiletries, etc. This is a great value for price. I would recommend this hotel to others. I will definately stay here on my next visit to The Pennsylvania State University.

Great Place to Stay if You Want to Save Money and Be Close to Downtown SC

This place is great! The room was spotless and very comfortable. As for the staff, everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. The only negative comment I have is that the continental breakfast was non-existent. However, there is a Giant grocery store less than a block away (I actually walked there and back in less than twenty minutes). There are also a wide variety of restaurants nearby to choose from. My recommendation is that if you want/need to be close to campus and downtown and you do not want to waste money on a supposedly upscale hotel, stay here.

This Motel 6 was great. Although there is no pool and no dining options on sight, we knew that and it didn't impact our visit. We were not planning on using a pool or the business center anyway. The wireless internet was great and efficient. The Motel 6 was so good that we extended our stay for an additional night. Plenty of dining options were close by. We will stay there in the future when visiting our relatives.

Dining: Short Drive, Lots of options within a mile. A choice of all types of restaurants.

Romantic Night for Two

It was a very simple and nice getaway for a night for my boyfriend and I. We had a nice time its just the beds were a little small. over all it was a better place to stay then I expected. It is nice for a motel.

Dining: Short Drive, Backyard burger is a very good place for a simple night out, or if your looking for pizza to order in the number was right on the card for Dominoes, It was great.

The Motel 6 State College was a great place to stay because it was close to everything we needed. It's only a few minutes from downtown and there are plenty of stores and restaurants close to the hotel. There are no frills like a refrigerator or microwave, but if you only need a bed and t.v. then this is a good deal.

Dining: Short Walk, 2 place to eat within a couple minute walk.

Great Stay at a Great Rate

The Motel 6 at State College, Pa was a great steal. The price was afforable and the motel was outstanding. Everything was just fine. Although it does not have a lot of ammenities and the price reflected this, the price I got was fine for the service and room I got. A recommended experience.

The motel 6 in state college was very clean and comfortable, the room was very nice. But, it was a little cold while l was sleeping even though heater was working. But, everything except that was great. l'm satisfied with it.

Money Savers: Short Drive, There are Banks and coffee shop and restaurant near this motel.But it may need a car.

this was a great location, easily accessible, located by many dining choices, short drive to town- we liked it; price was good.

Recreational Attactions: Short Drive, We go for Penn State sports and their nice downtown shopping- this hotesl is located just on the outskirts but very accessible and convienient.

The rooms at the Motel 6 aren't spectacular, but they aren't meant to be. It is a cheap way to visit State College. The room was clean, employees were nice, and overall it was a nice environment!

Entertainment: Short Drive, Downtown, of course, has an excellent selection of nightlife activities.

The Motel 6 was comfortable. The Bathroom was nice with a larger than average shower. There are a few very good restaurants in walking distance.

Dining: Short Walk, Excellent Italian restaurant right next door.
