Moshe was nice when giving the estimate; however, it went downhill from there.
He made many huge unnecessary holes, so the walls looked like Swiss cheese when he was done. There was a ton of patching work needed not only for the unnecessary holes, but also around many receptacles and ceiling fixture mounts. He did not clean up after himself even after we asked. He put up some fixture mountings away from where we wanted because he did not want to put up a block in the attic to mount it on.
Receptacles that were not explicitly marked on the plan were an extra charge on top of the estimate even though they were required by code. He also damaged some of our fixtures and switches. We ended up putting up the rest of the light fixtures ourselves because we did not want him to do any more damage.
